To the white male in Horton...I am UNC student not a just another black boy on the streets of Franklin...Yes a UNC student...I pay may $17,000 tuition just like everyone else...If I choose to study in Horton with my friends, I do not need your approval--I am an adult...Don't ask me and friends 20 different questions before we enter the building that our money furnishes with lights and warm water.
To Dan --yes I recently found out your name-- maybe your intentions were good, but you came off as an jerk...Point. Blank. Period. And yes, we know people who live in Horton... a lot of people...and if we want to study with them, who are you to tell us NO?...Just because you see three black students wearing urban apparrel doesn't mean we are "GANSTERS"...Please be mindful that Carolina is diverse...Black people do attend the University. Maybe I am being to harsh but the way you presented yourself to my friends and me was uncalled for...
